Little Painter

The Little Painter application is meant to be used by children – children who want to draw or paint something interesting on your PC. From Little Painter’s user friendly and simple interface they can access lots of drawing tools: pencil, brushes, stamps, and more. They can use these tools to have a bit of painting fun and come up with an interesting drawing.

Little Painter will run on any PC, even older, low spec ones. The system requirements for running Little Painter are: 400MHz processor or better, 256MB of RAM or more, 8MB of free disk space, 1024 x 768 resolution, Windows operating system. It must be mentioned here that Little Painter does not have to be installed; just run the Little Painter executable and the application will launch.

Little Painter has a green-themed interface that features nice big buttons and is quite easy to navigate. Of course the interface is very easy to navigate! After all, this software is meant for children – and children won’t have the patience to put up with a difficult interface.

Two drawing options are available: start with a blank canvas and draw anything you want or pick a coloring page and draw on it. After you make your choice, you will be able to easily access lots of drawing tools: pencil, brush, line, text, fill, erase, shapes, stamps, spray, effects, pictures. While you’re still working on your drawing, you can preview it. If you make a mistake, you can undo it. When you’re done, you can print it out or you can save it as a PNG, JPG, BMP, or TGA.
